Just like in stores, you can open the package to have a look at the product(s) and try them on.

-         For hygiene reasons, bathing suits, underwear, etc. cannot be returned.

-         Please keep the original packaging and return it with the product.

-         Returned products must be in the same condition as received, and all original accessories and factory packaging must be included.

-         Products purchased through the offer cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.

-         You will bear the shipping costs for the replaced products, as well as for the returned products if the product is not incorrect or damaged.

-         Exchange or return is allowed within 7 days from the time of receipt of the product (order).

-         No refunds will be given for items that do not meet our return terms.

-         This return policy does not affect your legal rights in relation to damaged products.
